Red Double Decker buses are directly outside the building giving you all the best sightseeing routes taking you via Kings Road to Sloane Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Bank. The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.

-One bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom with rain shower, heated towel rail, special lighting and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion.

-Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer with water dispenser, a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a microwave.

-Television in every room with Netflix and super-fast fibre optic internet access

-Professionally boiled and pressed linen and towels are included

-Fabulous Southwest facing balcony with delightful views towards the mature trees of the park - an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of champagne.

-Parking is either on street metre parking, or the Fulham Broadway Car Park. Guests are responsible for the charges, and we would advise coming by taxi and using the transport facilities as we are in a super central location.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed

- Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional £30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned
