"The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!"

"Very clean property. We enjoyed the elevated deck and timed our trip for some great bird watching. Amazing westward views. Even got to see a thunderstorm roll in. Saw deer and fox in the backyard doing their thing. We had no trouble but the driveway is steep."

"Our stay at the cabins was just what we had hoped for and more! Cabins and property were extremely clean and well-kept and everything provided as listed. The kayaks and tubes on the creek were a big hit! Loved sitting on the porches in the morning and just listening to the birds and watching deer and chipmunks the sitting by a campfire at night. The hosts were extremely kind, generous, quickly responsive and made the stay all the better. Would love to go back!"

"Creek was a bit high. Fishing okay. A bit hard to find the cabin but got there. Need the gps. Shower floor was a bit slippery. Cameras around. One facing hot tub. Had a little snack shack which was great. Very remote."

The satellite/ weather vein is very loud, it moves with the wind it woke me up several times and was kinda scary until we figured out what it was. The hot water didn’t work while we were there and the water pressure in general was very low. But with all that said we’d still come back. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay."

"Our 2nd stay at this beautiful quiet cottage - last time was in 2022 and since then the owners have put in a new deck, new kitchen appliances, and coffee bar. Spotlessly clean as before, everything well kept up and in working order, and (what we love best) a beautiful quiet location. Close to Chambersburg stores & restaurants but you can easily spend the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the front deck or thru the front windows. Loved it, loved it, loved it and hope to get back again."

"I fell instantly in love with the inside. You don't expect it. The moons, the incense, the comfy beds, all the goodies there for you to use. It's all phenomenal. I wish I could have taken all the decor home with me. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a bathroom closer to the master. My meno woman behind pees too much at night to run up and down stairs."
