Semi-enclosed garden of 1500 m². Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room (the fireplace does not work). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190 + child's bed, 2: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 1 bed 90x190), bathroom and separate toilet. Additional equipment: complete baby equipment, Wifi. Included: electric heating and towels. Not included: sheets and tourist tax. Animals: deposit 100 €. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
