“Very clean and accommodating tiny house. Good proximity to a Lynx rail station having parking allowing us to get around Charlotte to various walkable destinations from other rail stations. Would definitely stay again!”

The clubhouse Pool is Gorgeous with great lounge chairs and Umbrella tables available. So many different stores restaurants etc really close by rental property. We will definitely look this Host up when Next Wednesday visit family in Charlotte NC ”

But the host, Kiana, was so pleasant from the moment I sought out this apartment. She was with me every step of the way and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that I had. “Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex.”

“This home was absolutely amazing and beautifully designed inside. On top of that, we were greeted with a lovely surprise. When I was originally deciding between this house and another, I almost chose the other one because it had a sectional couch, which I thought would be better for hosting. To my delight, the moment I walked into this home, I saw a beautiful blue sectional couch—not the same one listed in the picture. I was so excited!
