“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two days prior to boarding a cruise. We had an incredible stay. The communication with Marlene prior to our stay was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel and also to the cruise terminal for us. Orlando, our driver was amazing and very personable. We were able to communicate via a phone app that translated for both of us..We spoke no Italian and he spoke very little English but we……

“Lovely resort tucked away in the Tuscan hills. My only regret was not staying longer because one night was definitely not enough. The estate is maintained beautifully and the concierge staff is wonderful. Rooms were small and nicely decorated. Our room had a gorgeous and expansive patio. Amenities are lovely (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc). The restaurant staff was very odd, though. Food was great- we had dinner and breakfast there. But the staff at both was super strange, I don't really know……
