"Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways."

"This stay was part of our experience for the Cooperstown All Star Village. We had two families staying in the Farm House, with 6 kids total (ages 4-15). The setup is perfect for 2 familes / large families as the bedrooms are split between 2 floors. We found the property to be a great relief from All Day baseball action. The trails and pond were beautiful and provided our party with a relaxing place to stay. I would highly recommend this property."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip."

"We spent the loveliest week at this incredible property! We were on our honeymoon, just the two of us, and when we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest note, with wildflowers, and bubbly in the fridge! 🥰 Vanessa was very friendly and responsive via the VRBO app, totally flexible when our travel plans changed, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The farmhouse itself is even more amazing than the pictures do justice - lovingly restored with such artful and whimsical details...

"We had an incredible stay. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home and the foosball table provided some extra fun. Easy to find right in town and close to great pizza shop Alyssa recommended-she was great! It is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway and enjoying the beautiful mountain surroundings. We will be back again and I highly recommend."

"A group of six stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super updated rental with plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. The kitchen and TV room were so open and perfect for hosting a group. Wish we had better weather to use the hot tub, but the back deck was lovely and a great space to enjoy. Great location too, about 15 mins or so from Hudson. Only a few questions popped up during our stay and each time Arpan was super responsive. 10/10 and we can’t...

"From the moment I clicked on this property I could not have been more pleased. Every detail was well thought out and process was seamless. The pictures of her home did not do it justice. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. "The hostess reached out well before our stay with check in details and other local information. We stayed in early May. The main house and cottage are located down a long drive. The cottage sits a little off to the side with the bedroom/office facing the river. The layout of the cottage is very efficient. We especially enjoyed the front mudroom and staging area perfect for storing muddy hiking boots and backpacks. Our week long state was magical. Coffee in the Adirondack chairs next to the river...

"We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way."

"I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening...
