The room was very clean and updated. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. I like the small refrigerator and microwave that was in the room. Perfect for a short overnight stay before hitting the road again. Not too pricey for a comfortable bed and nice shower. The Mexican restaurant next door was delicious and super convenient in a very short walk.

The clerk was very pleasant. Room was somewhat clean, walls are very thin and the person next door was so loud I could hear her entire conversation(s). This seems to be a place where people stay for lengthy periods of time so there is a lot of in and out traffic all night. The lady walking around outside looking for cigarette butts was a little concerning. Don’t know if I would stay again but it was only for a night and served its purpose of sleep.

Considering that I was there on the last weekend of the Balloon Fest, and the hotel was full, it was extremely quiet. My only concern was that my particular room had a weird smell that I got used to right away but they did offer me room spray. I have already made a reservation for 2027 because I plan on coming back to the area.

If one 2nd floor there is Stairs only. Poorly built property since you can hear everything such as water running somewhere. Neighbors and outside. Floors are linoleum, cold and noisy. Beds are cheap too. Sleep was tough to get.
