We came in for the Balloon Festiva and this property was convenient for ride shares to pick us up/drop off from the field. It was also a close ride to Old Town. For an older property it was well maintained, clean and they opened breakfast at 4 a.m. for us festival people. The breakfast was filling, lots of choices. It was fun to interact with other festival goers and met several balloon pilots as well! We would choose this property again!

Clean, excellent location. The daily $7 parking fee is new, and the tribes need to add a website and check-in notice. Even though the fee is not high.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and Patti at the front desk is one of the best I’ve come across. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated.
