"The house was perfect for our needs. It was the ideal location as it was just 5-10 miles from the "big" stores or just a couple from the nearest Dollar General and gas station. Fat Eddies was a happening place with good food, ice cream and within walking distance if one truly wanted to walk there (we opted to drive since we spent the day hiking). "We came down to visit New River Gorge. The cabin was in a great location for what we wanted to do, only 15-20 minutes from several hikes. The owner was nice and was easily available when needed. My only complaint was the hot tub on the property was a little temperamental and could have been cleaner. The cabin was nice and clean though."

"This house fit our family perfectly. The kids had plenty to do with the game room and the large yard. The adults enjoyed a game of pool and the hot tub. The getaway is conveniently located to hiking, the beach and Fat Eddie's. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here."
