Villas in Normandy

"This is a charming property with great potential for larger groups and ideally located. However, the property unfortunately isn't treated as it deserves to be. It lacks central heating and the two bathrooms date back to the 1960's. The kitchen is well equipped and matrasses are all new, the living room is very very basic. The garden isn't well kept either with bushes obstructing the sea view. We nonetheless had a great time, but won't be returning."

"Très beau séjour passé chez Franck et Mireille ! La maison est spacieuse, pratique et agréablement décorée ce qui ajoute au plaisir de se retrouver en famille. La proximité de la plage permet aux enfants de s'y rendre à pied sans difficulté. Et le terrain pour les repas en extérieur permet également à tous de continuer à profiter de dehors. Bref, nous reviendrons ! "

"La maison est adaptée aux grandes familles Très belle piscine chauffée Grande salle de jeux Grande cuisine Belle terrasse couverte équipée Par contre la propreté n est pas au rdv, poussière dans les chambres, mouchoirs usagés derrière deux lits, bouilloire et cafetière sales, verre cassé dans la pelouse, four a pizzas très sale...La literie est également de très mauvaise qualité C est dommage car la maison reste très agréable pour un weekend en famille "

"Die Lage ist fantastisch mit Meer/Strandblick und wirklich nur 1 Gehminute zum wunderschönen Strand. Das Haus ist sehr charaktervoll und geräumig aber nicht für Gehbehinderte, wegen der vielen Treppen. Küche gut ausgestattet."

" avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison de ville. La maison est agréable à vivre, joliment décorée et très propre. Elle dispose de trois belles chambres, dont une sous les combles. L’équipement est suffisant pour un séjour confortable, et l’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux.Quelques points à noter : la maison est située dans une rue passante avec une proximite immediate avec les voisins, ce qui peut générer un peu de bruit. Par ailleurs, la chambre sous les combles...

"The listing and price suggested a super luxury villa. The location was good on a private estate but a small plot. The building itslef was lovely but clearly is a work in progress - main bathroom was shabby, kitchen cramped. The bath towels were paper thin and useless. There was no service during the 7 day stay. The pool was lovely but the level went down. No pool maintenance during the week either. There was no guide for the villa either. We were left to search. One of the alarms went off at 350...
