PROS: The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offered lots of recommendations for restaurants and tours. The service was great, and the location of the hotel was pretty close to the city centre - everything was within walking distance.
CONS:
Air conditioning control was locked on the first night of our stay, uncomfortably hot in the hotel room. Must’ve been an accident, however we had to speak to the hotel staff to get them to reset it the next day.
The bathtub was weathered and had quite a few stains. There was a small stain on the couch in the room, and the bedsheet had a small hole in it. Overall the room had signs of wear and tear which was a little disappointing.
Parking garage was incredibly tight to maneuver, just something to keep in mind.
