“Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !”

“The hotel looks as if it has been completely renovated. It was very nice inside and comfortable for our trip. It was also an easy walk to the Marble Arch station which took us everywhere we wanted to go. It was a nice, quiet location. Very clean! ”

“Fast and easy check in. Small, but clean and surprisingly quiet in my room, despite outside street noise. I was late getting in the night I stayed, due to a concert, but I was still able to get something to eat from the cafe at gone midnight, which was great! "I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
