“En general, la vivienda es lo esperado.
Sin embargo, aclarar que la plaza de garaje es muy estrecha por lo que te ves obligado a maniobrar mucho para entrar a la plaza y algo que nos desagradó considerablemente es que cuando uno alquila la vivienda en base a la ocupación (4 personas) luego existe un suplemento de 10€/ persona día por ocupante, me explico, cuando se reservó la vivienda se hizo porque era para 4 personas, a la hora de reservar por torpeza se puso sólo un ocupante, cuándo se quiso……

“Het appartement was basic uitgerust qua keuken apparatuur. Koken moet je ook eigenlijk niet doen als je in Bilbao bent🙂 De woonkamer, keuken en badkamer waren erg schoon en netjes. De matrassen en kussens vond ik daarentegen niet fris. Ik zou dat gaan vervangen. De Matrassen waren zeer bevlekt. Er zat een latexhoes omheen maar dat ligt niet fijn. Te warm. Er zijn goede alternatieven om ervoor te zorgen dat het fris blijft.
Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Dus dat is……

“Once you enter the apartment you get a wow factor. The sense of old and new combined with heritage preserved as best possible. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. And a comfortable lounge area. However the location was extremely disappointing and did not meet our requirements, very less than desirable acquaintances loitering the streets immediately outside the property and local streets made for very uncomfortable experiences. "Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
