"This hotel is located in the Casco Viejo, a vibrant and fun part of the city. Our room was very nice with a modern, hip vibe. I enjoyed it more than my husband as he thought it was too dark and the bathroom too small. Even though our room faced a busy walkway, the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the location and meandered through the historical area visiting many pintxo tabernas and shops that were amazing. We stayed 2 nights after we departed from our cruise and were very happily surprised by Bilbao, the Guggenheim and our stay at Letoh Letoh."

"Great location, lovely and clean. There are two things which let it down and could easily be resolved; 1) nowhere to leave our bags. We arrived early and the person on the intercom refused our request to leave our bags a couple of hours ahead of the check in time. Have never had this before and was most unhelpful and tiring to have to carry them round 2) there was no shower screen or curtain meaning the whole bathroom got wet when we had a shower"

"This Hotel is the perfect location with a great staff who is very welcoming. We were starting and ending our trip in Bilbao at this hotel. The staff really helped us out and he’d our luggage while we travelled across Spain. The staff seeks ways to be helpful. Our room was a great size and style. The windows are soundproof in this wonderful central location. We loved our location!!!"
