“The staff provided excellent service. The walking tour guide for the butterfly house, the sloth rescue, and the frog sanctuary was incredibly knowledgeable and had an engaging personality. On the way to the butterfly house, he showed us a sloth sleeping in a tree top. Carlos, the golf cart evening tour guide also was fantastic. This resort always is a fun and relaxing place to stay. ”

“The view and our Jr. suite were amazing. Good value for what we paid. We had to rush out to catch a flight so we missed our included breakfast. Only took 20 minutes to get to the airport at 6:30 am. ”
