"This property is very convenient due to its proximity to Times Square, other than that, the rooms are old and overall not worth the value: the AC doesn’t work, there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the rooms aren’t clean. The rooms do not look like the photos being advertised."

"It was a great stay for my family. The room we had was a little small square footage wise for a double room but it still wasnt terrible we enjoyed our stay."

"The room was kept clean, bed made perfectly, and we were given plenty of fresh towels most days. The cleaners were very warm and friendly each morning, and the reception staff were prompt and helpful upon check-in and check-out. We only noticed on our last day that the hotel offers complimentary access to a local gym that has a sauna, which had we known we would have used (this is covered in the Urban fee). Overall a very pleasant stay in a very convenient location with great transport links plus a vast and varied array of local places to eat."
