“We hadden een onverwachte upgrade gekregen naar de deluxe tenten. Een zeer aangename verrassing en een leuke start van onze trip. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tucans en veel andere vogels gehoord en gezien. ‘S nachts zijn oordopjes wel nodig voor mensen die licht slapen. Af en toe ook apen gehoord. Zwembad was erg fijn met een mooi uitzicht. Het eten en drinken (happy hour altijd leuk) was erg goed en schappelijk van prijs. Personeel heeft ons ook geholpen met het regelen……

“Couldn't have asked for a better stay! From start to finish they made this birthday trip amazing for my first time in CR. Communication was prompt and clear, they coordinated my airport transfers and I had no issue getting to or from the hotel. They even allowed me to check in a bit earlier knowing how long the ride from San Jose to Puerto Viejo was. Raymundo, Oscar, Janny(sp) and the whole team were wonderful. “Overall good, but below expectations on pickup service, we were told to pay for private boat, as we were not coming on exact time, even though we told we were coming from another Boena hotel. The only changed the price, when Boena Pacuare Lodge called tortuga lodge, then the price was different. Very bad service!!”
