Paris is so enormous that it is sometimes really difficult to find a good place to stay. After so many years of coming to Paris I finally had a chance to stay with my family in Le Marais; the 3rd District. Let me tell you! Every single return trip to Paris now will have us staying in this incredible neighborhood! What an absolute pleasure. Extremely convenient! Wonderful hotel. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. In air condition too! Definitely important when Paris gets hot.

Check in was very easy. The receptionist was very friendly. The elevator only fits one person comfortably at a time, but the room was a nice size with a bathroom and a sitting area. It was also clean. The area has a lot of cafe's and fast food you can walk to within 10-15 minutes. Over all, I had a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Tres bien situé mais malheureusement en tres mauvais état. Rideaux déchirés, moisissures aux murs et dans la salle de bain. Serviettes élimées aux maximum. Malgré avoir eu une chambre deluxe, tres petit et en piteux état. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Les pires croissants. Vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité et services. Je dois quand même noter que les employés étaient sympathiques et ont admis la mauvaise qualité de la chambre. D’autres ont été rénovées. A faire attention lors de la réservation.

Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit Cafés und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Die nächste Metro ist gemütlich etwa 10 min entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und man musste über die Bettecke zum Fenster/Schrank klettern - hat uns nicht gestört, sollte man aber wissen. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Hotel mit kleinem Fahrstuhl und engen Fluren. Frühstück im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt wegen der tollen Cafes in der Stadt. Für einen Städtetrip können wir das Hotel empfehlen.

The location was great, the street was quiet but nearby many dining options and shops and if you want to be in the Marais area without spending an insane amount of money this hotel fit the bill. However, the first night we stayed we found a clump of hair stuck to the top sheet. We were too tired to complain so we just removed it and slept without a sheet, they replaced it the next day but did not make the bed with it so we had to make our own bed. The staff were friendly and provided dining recommendations when asked. We didn't pay for the optional breakfast and I'm glad we didn't because the offerings looked like barely more than what you would find at a hostel. Our room was fairly spacious though weirdly designed with too many hangers and naked silhouettes but the best part of the rooms were the beautiful windows that opened up to a tiny balconette with views of a typical Paris apartment building and street. The shower was tiny, and had no where to place your toiletries which was annoying. It also should be noted that the elevator, while it laughably says it fits 3, does not fit more than 2 people (and maybe a small child?) or only one person and a suitcase at a time. The hallway outside the rooms is also incredibly small and you cannot comfortably walk through it with more than 2 people. Luckily we never ran into anyone from the other 4 rooms in the hallway or it would have been awkward. Overall, location and balconette made it worth the stay but cleanliness was lacking.

This hotel is very small & served our purpuse well. We had a group of 10 reserved 6 rooms. Due to our flight we arrived earlier than checkin but we were able to leave our bags and they were in our rooms when we returned from our 1st day in Paris. Our room was small but clean & had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helped is with questions we had to get around the city.

Excellent location and staff. Could not have been better. A little people noise at night from the street but nothing you can do. They got 2 bags of our laundry done for 20 euro!
