“On arrival, we were met promptly by Charles, the owner. Check-in was a breeze and we were shown to our room. We scheduled a time for breakfast the next morning and asked if there were any gluten free options available. Charles said he would see what he could do. Our room was very spacious and very clean. “The ability to stay in a 13th century castle, beautifully maintained by the family that's had the property for nearly 200 years was exceptional. Breakfast was a delight, with home-made crepes, an assortment of bread and croissants, home-made jams, and plenty of coffee. The calm was serene!”
