“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“The property was clean and safe. So relaxing. Very small and intimate. We loved the cleanliness and restaurants - but most of all the staff. Jorge who was assigned to us worked every day to make sure our stay was great and our bell service was on time and our transfers were done. We will be back and are looking forward to it! ”

“Good atmosphere, able to relax and not be harassed ”

“The resort was an amazing experience. The property is breathtaking. The service was great from the start and never let up. The staff was sincere and kind. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was very good for resort standards. I had some of the best tacos I’ve ever had from their restaurant near the beach. The pools were in nice clean condition. It was very nice seeing the wild life animals pop up outside. It’s a resort I would love to visit again. Housekeeping kept the room……

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
