"This was our first time going to Occidental Xcaret Destination and we had an amazing time. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and the resort was just what you see in the pictures. The staff was very helpful. The private beach was a plus! The views were stunning! The spa services are not included in your stay, those are additional cost. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was SO comfortable! Xcaret park is walking distance only 5 min away. It was not included in our stay but I purchased tickets online prior to our trip. When we arrived Occidental does have staff that can sell you ticket to all the parks with package deals. They did try to get us to attend a time share presentation but we kindly refused, and they were not pushy with us. So that was a HUGE plus! The drinks were amazing! Alfredo is an amazing bartender! His drinks are the best! We plan on coming back with our kids since we had such an amazing time."
