"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

"Finding the house, dedicated parking spot and checking in was super easy. Very thoughtful layout in a small space, having areas for cooking a full meal, relaxing, or doing a bit of work. Lots of yummy snacks, and drinks to pick from. Back yard is big, but a bit of Colorado winter came to visit so no lounging out there. Friendly and on site hosts Casey and Sara have a comfy, clean place that would be a repeat."

"This place is absolutely amazing. Hidden in the gorgeous mountains and surrounded by the fragrant picturesque evergreens… it does not disappoint. There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. "We love going to the Monarch Casino for a quick night of fun. The rooms are so nice and quiet, we don’t have to leave to have good dining options. The Chop House is amazing and the buffet is pretty good for a buffet. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect to give you a break from gambling and usually not busy. We play the $15 black jack tables and have a great time every time. We definitely are looking forward to going back."
