“Delayed at check in due to computer issues with the front desk, the front desk staff was greately apologetic and kind, not his fault. Got to room to discover there was nothing in the kitchen for cooking or eating. Nothing at all. The room had a full kitchen but no utensils, flatware, cookware. Received an email after I checked in, not after the initial reservation to state these items were not provided. “La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. “The property was as described. Its location was great. Very convenient for walking anywhere. The only comment I have is I found the property could be noisy at night especially if your windows were open. Eventually things would quiet down. Other than that the property was fine and the location worked out very well for us.”

“This was the most disgusting property I have ever seen. We chose it based on the five star reviews, which were obviously fake or paid because the property was nowhere like the description, it was filthy, dirty, smelled horribly like dog, and did not feel safe at all. We walked in and turned around and walked right back out, my request for a refund has been ignored. I will be filing with my credit card company since the owner seems to have no intention of replying to me, and see what other……
