“The condominium was pristine and Andrea a delight to work with. She always responded to any questions very quickly and was most pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area.”

We had 6 people stay and we all had plenty of room. The condo is in an apartment complex but no one bothered us and everyone we interacted with was nice. Like the host disclaimed in the description and we were expecting- we did notice a cigarette smell that was the strongest in the singular bedroom...

Kathy was wonderful with thorough instructions prior to arrival as well as detailed information located in condo which made for a seamless stay.
