Idyllic Central Raleigh condo-3br/2bath

  • This condo is your home away from home ! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the beltline close to ALL the major attractions. NC state university, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh , State fairgrounds are are all within a 1.4 mile radius! Enjoy 1225 sq. ft of spacious living area with one king and two queen bedrooms , equipped kitchen , washer/dryer and complimentary drinks/ snacks. Accommodates upto 6 adults and is one of the best values in the Raleigh area.

    Please note this property is on the top floor and in hot days in the summer it may not cool properly to desired temperature. There is the possibility of a smoke smell coming from the neighboring unit downstairs, please do not book if this is likely to be an issue for your group .
