“Absolutely loved this location. I have never stayed here before and took a chance and it was so nice. Beautiful grounds and nice quiet atmosphere. The breakfast pass at the Dunes was amazing. The only downfall is there are no elevators so if you are on the 3rd floor (like we were) you have to climb the stairs, which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some people. Definitely would stay there again.”

“A beautiful, quiet, relaxing property. Lounging on the deck facing the ocean was magical. Watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee while hearing the waves crash made it seem as if all was right with the world. I would book this place again. We prefer beach locations in the off season; fewer people, less traffic, and practically having the whole beach to ourselves is our idea of a vacation. Weather was perfect!”

“The apartment was decorated nicely and the easy access to the beach was terrific, the place was clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen as well as with linens and extra little touches. This was our first stay in Nags Head and we will be back! ”

“I’ve stayed here every year for a while now.. I love the people, the location… I love that it’s not all fixed up. However, the giant holes/dents in the walls could use some patching … there could definitely be some upgrades (pull out couches). But overall, it’s always a peaceful place to stay and I’ve never had anything happen in the years I’ve stayed here.”
