“This was my grandson’s 18th birthday gift. He wanted to go to the beach. He was surprised and in AW… to see the home. My grand-daughter was able to bring her Molly (dog). Needless to say we all enjoyed ourselves even when it rained. It was like being right at home. The beds were comfortable, we cooked out as much as we could. Extremely clean all around. “This was a super cozy house, in a super quiet neighborhood! It was just as listed... just a few blocks and you were on your way to SPI. This home was ideal for us as we are a retired couple with a young German Shepherd dog! We really needed to have room for her to run and play ball!! The back yard was ideal for that! Totally fenced in with nice patio furniture to spend the evenings. The pictures that you see are exactly how things look! The amenities were EXCEPTIONAL!! They thought of……

“Beautiful view and convenient location”

“I love everything about this place. The setting in this Resort is just beautiful and you can see everything for miles. As you walk down through this canals and channels everybody has boats here and there and you can see the huge Rockets over there way way over there by SpaceX and then if you look the other direction you can see the big Sky Rises at South Padre Island. This property has its own washer and dryer full size oven and fridge, beautiful big giant porch and a Jacuzzi. Really nice……

“This property is a great little beach bungalow. Its not on the water side, but has a good view of the bay right across. Great location. Lovely little getaway for a family tht is very spread out.”

“Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. ”
