Coco Azul -Beach Front- Ocean Front-No Stairs

Zero stairs to the popular Los Muertos Beach. Simply get off the elevator and walk down a short ramp. Hear the wave’s crash and watch the crystal blue ocean from Coco Azul located just steps from Los Muertos Beach (green chairs) on the Bay of Banderas in the Zona Romantica on level 9. Coco Azul is close to everything including Blue Chairs/Green Chairs ( Ritmos) Resorts, Mantamar Beach Club and the Sapphire Ocean Club, yet just far enough away to feel a sense of privacy and relaxation. Just walk a few blocks into the heart of old town, there is something for everyone including many gay friendly shops, bars and restaruants. Newly renovated, the feel is modern beachy with a twist of old Mexico - natural tones, pops of aqua and a relaxed modern vibe create a sense of calm. This end unit is light and airy with many windows and also one of the largest one bedroom units in the building. The stunning view can be enjoyed from the dual air conditioned unit, from the private patio complete with outdoor kitchen or from the pool with three waterfalls that sits almost on the beach. You are invited to enjoy the many amenities including a modern fully equipped indoor new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances and filtered water at the sink, in-unit washer and dryer, large private bedroom with KING size bed, ceiling fans throughout both inside and outside, WIFI and two flat screen televisions, one in bedroom (streaming) and a large 59" flat screen in living with full cable and high speed internet. If you are concerned about any construction noise in the area during the time of your stay, please feel free to reach out for additional information. I try to keep informed as much as I can of projects and noise either in the building or in the area. PV is growing and there is construction throughout the city.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at Coco Azul! The condo was well appointed, comfortable, and as the description states, no stairs! (there are stairs on the property, but you don't have to use them if you don't want!) The view is breathtaking, my favorite thing to do was wake up early and take a fresh cup of coffee out on the patio and just listen to the waves crash on the beach. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, Russ and Tere worked together to find a solution quickly! Will be booking here again for sure!

We really loved Coco Azul. The apartment was set up perfectly. It was spacious and comfortable. We had coffee on the patio and watched the waves as the sun came out. Coco Azul is close to great restaurants and shopping as well as right on the beach. If you want to cook there is a local market down the street and the kitchen is well equipped. We will be returning!

Beautiful Balcony views to the ocean. Great Pool! I had requested a shower chair and the host was accommodating. Good location. Its close to stores and restaurants as well as to boardwalk. The headboard was a bit loose but nothing to worry about and watch the edges of the bed frame. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again!

Coco Azul delights once again

This is a must stay property! Perfectly located, beautifully decorated, comfortable with a killer view? What more could you need for a great vacation. Hadn’t used the pool on prior visits but did use it this stay. It’s a quiet escape after you’ve had enough of the stimulation on the beach.

GORGEOUS condo!

The cleanliness, space , decor & modern conveniences were MUCH better than any hotel. But the patio & view put the rental OTT! Price was super fair as well. Cannot imagine staying in a hotel with a comparable price compared to Coco Azul. Would definitely book again!

The perfect place!

The condo was lovely! Excellent layout and very clean. There was everything we needed. Blender for drinks, dishwasher, and cooking equipment. I love the filtered water and outdoor cooking area. We booked a fishing trip and prepared fresh caught fish outside! It is in an area we love. There is a lot of life going on all around. We enjoy the sounds of the clubs and music all day. Everything gets quiet at or before 11. The pool was lovely and not busy. We can’t wait to come stay again.

5 star sunsets and sweet suite !

Wow! when you walk into the space and see the balcony and waves crashing in. Fantastic unit, very comfy furniture, ample storage, large shower (good pressure and lots of hot water), plus well equipped kitchen. Appreciated filtered water on tap, plus end unit position that brought in lots of sunlight and cross breezes. We loved cooking and eating meals on the balcony, hanging out at the pool, watching the waves, plus those stunning sunsets. A short walk down to the market, shops and restaurants. A lively beach, and yes, music all day, but that’s the vibe. Loved it!

Excellent Suite 2 mins from swimmable beach

This suite had all amenities for us. The sunsets and morning coffees on patio are amazing. Location location. The condo is on the gay beach just an FYI and service at the beachfront is excellent. We stayed here for our 20th Anniversary for 1 week, we ate out every day and never had one bad meal. Our pool was out of order the week we stayed because of high winds due to hurricane in south. Beatriz made arrangements for us to go to the neighboring pool at Sapphire. The suite is beautifully decorated. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We love this room and building. Check in and out are super easy. Room is comfy with great balcony and views. Very clean. We love the location of the building. It’s in a super quiet area of the city but you can walk to the center in 10 minutes. Love the cobblestone streets and beautiful older buildings. Have walked home alone at night without any issues. Will absolutely come and stay again.

Thank you Luis and property manager Beatriz who made everything perfect. The location is perfect ! The pool is amazing. The condo is perfect view. I was a little nervous being out of USA but this location is super safe and I recommend these fine dining places. Cafe de artistes , the iguana and O’Funiculi also Beatriz knew of all these inexpensive local places that I ate at. This trip was amazing and the ocean water is super warm Best trip and Vrbo experience!!

Wonderful spot in the perfect Zona Romantica location!

Russ and Beatriz delivered in every way. Beatriz was very high touch the entire time and only a brief message away if we needed anything. The condo is beautiful with breathtaking views - photos do not do it justice! The complex itself is very well run, clean with a great pool and terrific beach access - Los Muertos Beach is easy access mere steps away. Also quick walk to everything you would want in the Zona Romantica - just be ready for that Hill! Checking in and out was a breeze with clear instructions on what to expect from Beatriz well in advance of our stay. This gem is our go-to fo our stays in Puerto Vallarta!
