Although the staff was friendly, they were unable to remedy the issues we encountered at this hotel. From AC not working, to flooding from the shower, the handrails at the pool were coming out of the ground. We were put in a room next door to the kitchen which had crazy loud noise from 4:30am on (banging pots and pans and loud talking). We asked to be switched to a different room and were told nothing was available although their site showed 6 free rooms.

I was on a 24 day vacation and stayed in hotels the entire time. Hands down, this hotel was the best one. Not only were the rooms spacious, plenty of parking, and the breakfeast couldn't be compared to any other hotel. Best breakfeast selection. I would certainly staff here again. Unfortunately, I only stayed one. I traveled with my three children and wife.

Got a room here for a family member who was in town to stay with hospitalized husband. She commented that the rooms were clean, peaceful (despite the freeway nearby and the street racers earlier in the day), and relaxing. She was able to rest and recover from some emotional and physical toil the circumstances had caused.

Exterior of the building is worn, with stucco falling off. Furnishings inside were worn as well, with laminate layer wearing off the furniture. Rooms aren't really soundproofed, I could hear a toddler crying in the room below ours, kids stomping in the room above ours, and people talking in the room next door. Breakfast was nice though, small waffles were fun and the rest was slightly better than usual hotel breakfast.
