Usually exceptional. Best thing about staying at the Kahler is that when something is not up to expectation, the staff go above and beyond to make it right. And that is what makes all the difference. I will continue to recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The ...
