“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. ”

“The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy!”

“Very nice room and beautiful all around. Very old architecture and has a lot of character. Rooms are modern, very beautiful pool area on the top floor. Close to different bars and restaurants and right across from Methodist and the main clinic. ”

“They couldn’t find our reservation because it was booked by Expedia. The same thing happened the last time we stayed in this hotel. It took .45 minutes for them to search for our prepaid reservation. ”

“It smells exaggeratedly strong of chlorine in the pool, you can't even breathe, I had to see a person who was taken in the ambulance with oxygen for not being able to breathe, the very scandalous guests it was midnight and they continued with a lot of scandal and they did nothing to shut them up, very bad experience”

“We had a real nice stay. Was close to Mayo Clinic. It was clean and comfortable. We already booked another stay there for when we have our next appointment at Mayo. ”
