"We had an awesome stay at Little Bay Retreat! The place is immaculately clean and so comfortable as a home base for exploring this area of DownEast Maine. The views from the deck are constantly changing with the tide, so much to just sit and enjoy. Visited Lubec having lunch at the old sardine factory overlooking the water, went to West Quoddy State Park and walked the trails and visited the lighthouse, went to Jasper Beach and discovered a wonderful nearby restaurant south of Machias called The Public House, affiliated with West Branch Farms, and enjoyed lobsters from Capt Matt eating them in the Gazebo as the sun set over the bay. Highly recommend a stay at Little Bay."

"The house was perfect. The location was perfect. Overall the weather was pretty good for mid October. Got lobster on two different occasions from a local fisherman and it was fantastic. The only complaint we had was the local property manager was not very responsive. Other than that this property is a 10 out of 10. "

"Our 18# cocapoo Jax enjoyed the huge yard to play fetch with his ball, she even had doggie bags. the home is beautiful with comfy beds. Very clean. We went twice to Chipmans Wharf for lobster, amazing lobster rolls with good prices. We also went to Acadia National Park, enjoyed the complimentary bus to several locations. I would book again."
