"Two old classmates of mine came out from Ohio for vacation. We haven’t seen each other in over 40 years. They absolutely loved it. We went to St. Elmo and visited the chipmunks, drove through the Moffat Tunnels, and had a snowball fight at the top of the Continental Divide in June. The creek by the cabin was mesmerizing. "Very nice setting and location. descent sized rooms. furniture is a little warn and uncomfortable. We had no hot water the first night but the local folks worked hard to get it fixed asap. They also came right away to fix a faucet that broke. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but some stuff needs replacing i.e. hot pads, towels, Knives, etc. Plenty of blankets, firewood and propane along with plenty enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for a few days. "We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Was easy access to Wolf Creek for skiing and big perk of being dog friendly. Would definitely recommend!"

"This cabin was so awesome!!! Comfortably slept all 14 of us with beds to spare!! The hot tub overlooks the flowing river!! They had every amenity you could ever want! The cabin was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Joyce Ann even reached out and let us know that the local gas station was going to be closed the day we left which was above and beyond in my opinion!! We felt like VIPs!"
