“The property is in an excellent location near the town and also near the national park but also located right on the Big Thompson river b. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space. The cabin was nice, plenty of space, comfortable. There is a bit of maintenance needed to windows, lights and shower fixture and perhaps some better pots and pans for cooking that are safer for use. We managed very well and enjoyed the property.”

“The place was wonderful absolutely what I was looking for peaceful quiet no interruptions it was perfect host was amazing. Thank you so much. I do plan to come back and I will recommend 100%.”

“This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

“Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. ”

“Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).”

“Todo estuvo bien, un lugar tranquilo solo nose si fue por cuestión de seguridad pero el encargado de la propiedad abrió nuestro cuarto mientras dormíamos según él porque es protocolo de seguridad y tenía que asegurarse que estuvieran cerradas las cabañas realmente no sé si esto sea sierto pero fue mi única inconformidad ”
