“Cogi una habitación sencilla, era amplia, con aire acondicionado. Cuando entre la habitación estaba super limpia. El colchon es bueno. Las personas del hotel son muy amables y serviciales, por ello me quedé dos días más. Aspecto negativo: No hay café, ni sitios cercanos para desayunar, la inseguridad de la calle y los últimos tres días no me hicieron el aseo de la habitación, como la manteni limpia tampoco me importo.”

“Communication with the host was extremely poor. After having to cancel then rebook due to a change of plans, the host said there was no booking to confirm. While trying to resolve this with the host (who was unable to read their own dashboard correctly) I passed the cancellation window. I was unable to cancel for a final change of plans and lost all money paid. Host was unwilling to work with us saying they didn’t have our money, yet VRBO customer service said the host could decide to refund……
