Never again

DO NOT BOOK! Unless you like strews and scrambling.This location has a few reviews already complaining about the cancelation but I thought maybe it was a fluke. Host cancelled less than 12 hours before our check in time. Only excuse was "unexpected and urgent situation" there were no other available rentals in that area since it was so last minute everything was sold out.I asked the host if he was going to be helping to find new accommodation and I got no response. Had to contact Verbo direct to get help. They did give me a full refund. However was not able to find a comparable accommodation, we found two hotel rooms for double the price no kitchen so we had to go out to eat for every meal. Had to spend so much more money!!!

Great property in a great location! Starbucks next door as well as two different grocery store options. Easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment in Gas Lamp District, also easy walking distance to Petco Park and San Diego Convention Center. Woukd definitely stay here again!

Absolute scam and total disappointment

With 1 very negative review and 1 postive review, I gave the host the benefit of the doubt and asked about the circumstances before booking for my birthday weekend with a group of 10. The host stated it was a rare circumstance of damages caused by the last guests that couldn't be repaired in time for the next guest. The host stated she felt terrible for having to cancel but had no other option. BUT as me and my whole family were literally on the way to San Diego, I received a notification that our reservation was canceled. She stated the identical situation as the last guest issue of damnage that couldn't be repaired in time which felt SUPER sketchy. My whole group had to scramble to book hotel rooms. It totally ruied the plans for my birthday accommodations and added so much stress to an event that was supposed to be an enjoyable weekend. Awful experience! posted a We were nothat thecan stay.

Same day cancellation

Property owners cancelled hours before check in, providing only a weak excuse as the reason, despite booking months in advance and having contacted them several times in the weeks leading up to the stay. Had people in from out of town and our weekend was thrown into disarray having to scramble to find alternative lodging. Do not book with these owners or this property as they have no morals and no concern for you or your plans.

Beautiful night view

Family and I had a really nice time here we did not want to leave the night view was great apt was clean comfortable trolley was a plus for the grandkids lots of things to do near by, would definitely come back!
