“The property was exactly as advertised. I absolutely loved the artwork, architecture, and design within — every detail was thoughtfully curated. The casita was fully stocked with everything you’d need to feel completely at home. I can’t say enough about the location — the beautiful, unobstructed vistas were truly breathtaking. “I had a fantastic stay in The Luciana! Contactless check-in was a breeze. The room has a nice, minimalist decor and was very clean. As a solo female traveller, the location and building felt safe. “Be prepared that the property has no on-site staff. And response to your questions aren't very timely. That said, we had no issues. Amenities are nice. The property is well-kept, very clean and new smelling. And nice eye-catching addition is the small art gallery that is right off the lobby. “Excelente servicio súper atento y detallistas. Pero falta un concierge a quien hacerle consultas de lugares para visitar en los alrededores y que conozca bien horarios etc. Solo estaba el del front desk y no sabía nada, solo nos dio un mapa de la ciudad. A las instalaciones no le puse 5 estrellas porque si falta una alberca por el clima tan caliente. ”
