"The room was okay for the price. The beds were comfortable, shower hot, and air conditioning worked great. The primary reason for our poor rating is the floors were disgustingly dirty on arrival. There was small debris that should have been swept up and visible dirt caking the floor. Walking around barefoot even from the shower to the bed left the bottoms of our feet black with dirt. This is not an exaggeration and if I had taken a picture of the floor and feet, I’d have included it. If the floors were this dirty, I wonder how well the rest of the room is cleaned…Even with the cheap pricing, I could not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. "

"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was noticeably unpleasant and unwelcoming. When we entered our room, we immediately found multiple bugs throughout the space. This alone was unacceptable. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors, despite the hotel advertising the rooms as soundproof. Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out within an hour of checking in and booked another hotel. The condition of the room, particularly the presence of bugs, was simply not something we were willing to tolerate. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. When I spoke with the general manager showed no accountability, offered no apology, and handled the situation in a highly unprofessional manner. His response, “as long as they weren’t bed bugs," was dismissive and completely unacceptable. We requested a refund for at least the night we did not stay, (our reservation was for two nights) but the hotel refused to provide any form of compensation. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Between the lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service from both the front desk and management, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Had to change rooms many times, each had questionable stains throughout. Laundry machines don’t work but they won’t tell you until after it eats your money, which they of course can not get back. It is cheap, but there are other motels and this is about as bad of a property as you can stay at. The front desk people were kind but that is the only positive I can say. "
