“Everything was great. The homeowner was extremely helpful at check-in even though we arrived late due to our airline travel. The home was clean, and easy to manage with 4 people. The backyard was beautiful with rose bushes and and orange tree.”

“We wanted a house that was close to our family a”

“We booked for a long weekend and loved our stay. The home is well-stocked for family gatherings and everything was well marked/llight switches labeled, which was super helpful! The inside needs a bit of maintenance (e.g., a fresh coat of paint, tighten bathroom faucets, etc.) The backyard is wonderful for gatherings. ”

“Convenient location very near Santana Row. The back yard patio and arbor was a terrific place to relax. M&M were very responsive to our queries and made sure we had everything we needed. Street is a little busy, but we didn't seem to have trouble getting in and out. The light switches were kind of high tech and took some getting used to. One curious thing was that both bathrooms had motion-activated switches that cannot be disabled. Not a problem so much during the day, but were a quite……

“I booked my trip for a Thursday to Tuesday. Stay, I needed to change my booking to a shorter time and the host was very prompt and considerate of the changes. I needed the booking for an event at the convention center and it was only 8 mins away. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house.Was very comfortable and accommodating. Not once did I have to worry about checking in or the booking going smoothly. I high recommend this host and would defently stay again if needed”

“The house was not clean at check in. When notified, the management company stated the unit had not been used for a couple weeks, therefore had not been cleaned since then. Their only solution was to send out a cleaning company the next day. The unit had a sour smell, and there were signs of mold. The company refused to refund any of the amount paid. Stay away from this property.”
