  • Two-room apartment for rent by the sea in Scalea (Cosenza).
    The apartment is located 150 m from the crystal-clear sea, with a beautiful, wide beach within walking distance; just a few minutes from the pedestrian-only downtown area and supermarkets.
    The apartment is on the third floor of a recently built building in excellent condition; it faces two directions, has two balconies (one of which is glass-enclosed), a bathroom with a window, was air-conditioned in 2013, is equipped with all amenities, and is free from traffic noise.
    The apartment is well-furnished and can accommodate 3–4 people, with a master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
    Free and hassle-free parking is available directly in front of the building.

不满意：清洁度、入住、沟通体验、位置、展示内容准确性
Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben.
