last minute. This home was ready for guests off season. Very comfy spacious rooms with lots of options for sleeping and hanging out. Easy to navigate kitchen with tons of space, and a nice room off the side for beach sand down before coming inside.

and nice quiet neighborhood close to beach and lighthouse. A family or group would enjoy this place during the warmer months for sure!"

walkers constantly go by and all the people were so nice. It was a great week."

friendly places but this studio was perfect for my

, boyfriend, and me! It felt very safe, very short walk to the beach, adorable neighborhood, and the bed was comfy. Only complaint was that the dishes weren’t clean. This seems to be a problem at many rentals I’ve stayed in so I always wash everything before using it. It had everything needed in the tiny kitchen. We will definitely be back!"

"Scituate is a cute coastal town with great restaurants and shops. The Scituate Sanctuary is in a great location- close to town, the beach and lighthouse. The residence is beautiful! Clean, with everything a family could need. My daughter loved the loft, and we had everything we needed for our 1-year-old, including a packnplay, high chair and gate. We will be back!"
