“It was great the only thing is the property could stand a little upgrade and my Only complaint as usual is water pressure in the showers. After driving all day all you want is a really good and strong shower and I’ve yet to get this from any type of hotel or whatever. Overall we will be back and staying here for we loved the location, the atmosphere and the staff were all great and very friendly. ”

“I just wanted to give an honest review as I saw a lot of negative reviews about the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. It is outdated but everything in the room worked and we saw no bugs during our 3 day stay. It was quiet and family friendly and the room was very large with comfy beds. The only downside was there wasn't any coffee in the room however it was available in the lobby. We would definitely stay again and the price can't be……

“Great place to stay right on the beach. Food is good and drinks are great. The a/c in the room worked hard to keep the room cool enough 24/7 so pack a portable fan to help circulate the air. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ”

“I love the flamingo! The room with this spa tub is my favorite favorite. It’s so nice to come back to my room and enjoy relaxing any big bubble bath! The only reason I did not give this property five stars across the board was because they are in the process of cleaning things up and remodeling. I’m sure it’s gonna be beautiful! It’s one of the older places in South Padre, and being a native Texan and Spending a lot of time in the valley with my grandparents who are winter Texans this place……
