“We arrived to our room an walked in room dirty bed not made and towels on the floor they moved us to another room and trash in the trash can and towels were dirty with stains would not give us any kind of discount we will not stay there again and the water from the faucet smelled like sewage”

“If you are looking for a great place to stay, we recommend this place in Los Fresnos. Plenty of room. There were 15 of us including kids. The house was very spacious as well as the restroom in the master suite. The backyard was absolutely perfect with the pool, hammocks big screen t.v. on the covered patio, a nice grill and even a pit for making smores. The description of this property did not do it justice. The beds were amazing. We lived the bath towells. We come to SPI every year and I would……

“Awful! Our AC leaked water all over the tile, the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. Jeanette at the front desk was incredibly rude after we contacted Expedia. She told us she sent maintenance up, w/o even asking our concerns. He then came in, drilled the door, vacuumed out the AC, and left. He didn’t speak English, so we weren’t sure the next steps. Front desk never followed up. AC continued to leak for remainder of our stay. We had to lay towels down. Water leaking on a tile floor equals……

“The water was extremely hot to shower. We told them. Maintenance went to the room twice. 2nd time he said to give it a few mins for the cold water to work, but if it didnt to just let it run. We did let it run, but it just kept getting hotter. We did not tell them again, because the guy was annoyed.”
