“There is no breakfast on offer The description said there was a rooftop terrace, there was not, and when I asked about it, I was very rudely rebuffed, saying it is only for certain rooms and not mine. The manager was surly and acted as if it was an imposition to be dealing with guest. He was there for check-in and then disappeared. “ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
