“There is no breakfast on offer
The description said there was a rooftop terrace, there was not, and when I asked about it, I was very rudely rebuffed, saying it is only for certain rooms and not mine.
The manager was surly and acted as if it was an imposition to be dealing with guest. He was there for check-in and then disappeared. Check out is at 10 and he will not keep your luggage later than 12 as he will not be there.
There was no information about the password for the free Wi-Fi anywhere,……
