"Although the host is helpful and accommodated my early check in request. The apartment didn’t had a control for the AC and if there was any we didn’t feel it and the apartment was hot. The parking was shared and the other guest waked us up at 6:30 am so we could move the car. The apartment floors had a type of oily substance that smelled like dog pee/chemical/old sweat (could tell the difference) and was dangerous with my slippers-I slide twice. "I stayed at the Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport Hotel twice during my trip to Germany—first for two nights and then again for another night before my flight home. I would definitely stay here again because the location is hard to beat. The biggest advantage is its convenience. The hotel is located directly across from Düsseldorf Airport, making it an excellent choice for early morning flights or late arrivals. The airport also offers a good selection of shops and restaurants, although prices are naturally higher than elsewhere in the city. My room was very comfortable, with an excellent bed and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the in-room safe, comfortable armchair, makeup mirror, and the lovely bathroom amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all good quality, and the rich body lotion was especially nice. It was also a pleasant surprise to find thoughtful extras such as a sewing kit and shaving kit. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, making the bed, replacing towels, and emptying the garbage. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet at Otto Restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. One tip for future guests: if you plan to have breakfast, include it when making your reservation through Expedia or another booking site. It’s a lot cheaper!"

"The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. However, the air conditioning did not work well (during a heat wave...) and was central (we could not control the temperature ourselves). Be careful to close the shower door completely or you end up with a lovely puddle in the bathroom ;) We opted not to get the breakfast and instead grabbed a sandwich at the nearby bakery for less than half the price. The parking garage made for easy access but was an extra 19 euros per day. Well located for a short walk to central station and easy access to public transit."

"We moved from another hotel to this hotel during the heatwave. Zandra took her time to show us the room before we made a definite decision to stay. She explained everything to us. Herself and every other staff member we met were extremely helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. It was great to have access to the swimming pool. Also this hotel is right in the centre of everything. Excellent overall. Highly recommend."
