“It was a bit of a faff but one we’d figure it it smoothed out. We managed to check in with our QR code and the room was huge but the best view of the lake! It was very warm in the room and comfortable but the sofa bed was awful! We booked a 4 person room so we could get the view and that did not let us down!!!”

“It was up a mountain and so quite! The owner is a very friendly man and is eager to accomodate your wishes. Very good and friendly communication and reception. “The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.”

“Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept.
