"This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!"

"Very clean!!! Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was well maintained but it's only 4 feet deep and rather small so if you're looking for a full sized pool this isn't what you want. It was a good pool for the kids to splash. "
"I booked Hampton Inn because previous stays have always been stress free and pleasent. They have a shuttle service that took us to Stir-cove for a concert that evening. We called them later after the concert and were picked up 5 min later. The The hotel is clean, the room was nice and quiet and clean. We plan on booking again for future visits. "
"Only one negative and it is not the Moxy’s fault- a construction crew was in the alley below our room using jackhammers and such 4 of the 5 days. Hard to sleep in. "

"When we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded."

"This place felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Everything was so inviting and comfortable. There was nothing we needed that was provided. Fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets, towels, toiletries. It felt like someone lived there verses a sparse rental property. The owner checked in on us by text to make sure everything was okay. We had 3 college students with us and there was plenty of room. We could get to everything in Omaha so easy. If you are visiting Omaha this is the place to stay!! We will be back again!!"

"We arrived in Omaha an hour earlier than expected and were able to check in early. Communication was fast and efficient from Amber. We had three kids under 6 and used the travel crib for our 1 year old. Rooms were spacious for us and the living room area had plenty of seats. I was worried about the stairs, but they had plenty of gates to prevent falling. The bathrooms were also very clean and the one tub was perfect for the kids. Will stay again when we come back to Omaha. "
