"Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! "

The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"My wife and I have now stayed three times and each time has been fantastic. I liked the quiet, solitude, and ease of access to the property. It’s a short walk to the waters of Coeur de Alene lake and it's nice to take a walk from the front door. There was also a trail around the point that allowed one to see a beautiful part of the lake."

"Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter. If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee."

"The property is better than advertised. Great kitchen, three nice bedrooms, spacious family area. The deck is huge, the views are stunning. I spent a week there with my three teenage daughters and nobody wanted to go home. Great location, 10 mins to downtown CDA, would highly recommend. Hosts were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Couldn’t image a better place to stay."
