“The trailer is nice and Kathryn was very responsive, but I think it would be better for a family with small children than a single woman. I hadn’t realized that the trailer was in a small trailer park and quite isolated down a gravel road. At night the entrance is dark -and there is a heavy two piece gate and a cattle guard that need to be navigated . Car headlights will help but the footing over the cattle guard is not easy. Gate is chained up and may or may not be locked with a padlock……

“Property was exactly as advertised. Room was clean. Closest city was an absolute dump, and the place was small, so we felt the price was on the high side. But, we knew what we were getting. One negative about the rental was there wasn't anywhere to put the garbage when we left, so we had to take it with us. Overall it was as advertised, clean, quiet, and we felt safe.”

It’s a camper so of course the space is tight for a family. We appreciated the laundry facilities and paddle boards. Watch out for mosquitoes as you load in and out! They are intense! We loved the camp dog! The black water tank was full when we got there but we messaged Kathleen and it was quickly fixed.”

The condition of the furniture wasn’t quite as good as the pictures on the website. Although the place was tricky to find, the host was very communicative and send plenty of instructions which helped.
